Notice the pointed caps on the Budda's, These are Thai Buddas
which are not usually bald headed as an Indian Budda
Elephants taxi's at Wat Ayuthaya, This area was the Thai capital from 1350 to
1767, It's north of Bangkok about 50 miles (85 km). Unfortunately it kept coming
under attack by the Burmese, So the city was moved closer to the river for
defense purposes. We can do an elephant trek down on the islands
if you are interested.
