ALONG A NARROW CHANNEL SHALL KEEP AS NEAR TO THE OUTER LIMIT OF THE
CHANNEL WHICH LIES ON HER STARBOARD SIDE AS IS SAFE AND PRACTICAL

TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEMES |

A VESSEL USING A
TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEME SHALL PROCEED IN THE APPROPRIATE TRAFFIC
LANE AND IN THE DIRECTION OF THE TRAFFIC FLOW FOR THAT LANE

WAY, AND AVOID CROSSING AHEAD OF THE OTHER VESSEL
